This is my attempt at drawing a pose I haTe/’fear’ the most! (Figure laying down.) In the last few months I’ve really enjoyed experimenting with more mediums/colors/poses. I plan to post a better image of this piece on my website very soon. ‘In the Afterglow of My Memories of You.’
A quick illustration on top of a male model. Want/need to do more illos on top of men.
A cold/foggy morning in LA inspired this inky ink sketch. I love working with ink. As much a one can get frustrated at not having complete control of it(’s movement/s on the paper), I love watching it ‘do it’s thing’. Some of my favorite parts of pieces created with ink are the areas in which I pull it down on the page, leave it alone and let it ‘do it’s thing’.
I’ve been dreaming of drop crotch/’sophisticated’ (street wear) sweat pants with a light pink rococo inspired print for ages so I drew them on Ms. Lucy (seen above). This was a semi-quick sketch from of my sketchbook.

Here’s my piece for Gallery 1988’s ‘Bad Robot Art Experience’ show! Artists were asked to create a piece based on one of Bad Robot’s shows. I’m a huGE fan of Lost so, naturally, I decided to create a portrait of the indistructable Kate Austen (Ms. Evangeline Lilly) . The show opens this Friday (at their new gallery space on Melrose) this Friday! If your in LA, come check out all the great work from the show!

Here are some more ‘recycled’ sketches! (Stuart Wiseman and Gucci ads)
Trying to experiment with/incorporate more color in my work! This is a (semi-) quick sketch from the other day.
This is my favorite way to recycle old magazines! This is a kind of (‘artistic’) exercise I like to engage in when I take a break from my other pieces/freelance work.
